Project managed the delivery of a new 202 bedroom, £21M hotel from feasibility study through procurement and project delivery. Also in parallel project managed the procurement of a leading company to manage and operate the new hotel and the existing conference centre and their subsequent service delivery through a successful partnering agreement.
The project delivered a leading edge BREEAM excellent hotel to time and cost, together with a successful partnering management and operating contract that has enabled the forecast levels of growth to be realised and exceeded.
