GLJ Consulting Limited is an established project management and financial advisory firm specialising in supporting Client Side Teams and Bidders on major procurements, including PFI, PPP and outsourcing contracts with Higher Education Establishments, the NHS, the MoD, other central government departments and local authorities.

GLJ has now expanded with the Director of Coaching & Professional Development starting in role and commencing our Navigating SEND service delivering consultancy and courses that support families and schools through complex processes with clarity and compassion, while also providing Local Authority caseworkers with what they need to work collaboratively with them, covering everything from statutory assessments to tribunal hearings.

With over a quarter of a century’s experience, GLJ and its staff has provided innovative support on over 50 projects, with combined annual service values running into many billions of pounds and in excess of £5bn of capital financing.

Core to our success is the deep understanding of the requirements of both Bidders and Client Teams, using this knowledge to help deliver a win : win outcome for our clients through the procurement itself and as importantly the actual delivery of the service itself.

We will work as an integral part of any client’s team with the aim of developing a strong ‘partnering culture’ both within the team and the corresponding side of any procurement exercise. This, together with, driving innovation and challenging traditional approaches helps maximise the win : win outcome for both sides and form the starting point of a long and strong ‘partnering’ relationship after the procurement is completed to ‘realise value and quality of service’ for both parties.
