Really pleased to announce the recent completion of the joint venture between Newcastle University and Unite Students to development the Castle Leazes site with over 2,000 new student bedrooms. GLJ has supported the University throughout the last 10 years reviewing options and finally helping to establish the new joint venture. It has been a privilege to provide management consultancy support to the University and their brilliant team to reach this point and look forward to now seeing the redevelopment delivered over the next couple of years.
